Q: What happens if something goes terribly wrong?!

Your event is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion and we take the utmost pride in our track record. Our main goal is to make sure that IF there are road bumps or hiccups, that you are not aware of them. Every once in a while, there's a napkin emergency or a sick (intoxicated) family member and we are PROs about keeping those incidents hidden... at least until morning  =) Don't stress. We've got you. 

Q: What happens if I get a headache or nauseous, lose a bobby pin, need a bandaid, some deoderant, a hammer, or maybe a toothbrush?

--> We come locked and loaded with probably every single thing you could ever need or want (or forget) in our trusty emergency kit. Just please don't forget your rings, dress, suit, or shoes. But if you forget your rings, we have stand ins. Maybe just try not to forget those. 

Q: Who do I feed? 

--> It would be really really amazing if you made sure your vendors got some grub from the caterers. Everyone is working a pretty long day and energy = happiness = good photos / service / music / etc.

Q: Who do I Tip and How much is appropriate?

Gratuity isn’t included in most of your vendor contracts but everyone appreciates tips. A few accepted forms of gratuity include, but not limited to:

  • Deeply insightful life advice
  • Ornate tchotchkes
  • Firm handshakes
  • Verbally expressed gratitude
  • Hugs
  • Other/ USD
